These premium prawns are wild-caught in the clean coastal waters of Qingdao. Right after being caught, they are blast-frozen at ultra-low temperatures instantly. This advanced freezing technology locks in natural ocean sweetness, keeping the tender texture nearly the same as live shrimp.

Every prawn grows to a large size with uniform shape and glossy translucent shells. The flesh is thick, plump and springy, featuring thin shells and abundant meat. No water injection, chemical soaking or water-retention agents are applied.
